What an exciting day it is for me!
I’d completely underestimated just how it would feel to actually hold a copy of my very own book in my hands. If I’m honest, I was rather emotional when I first opened the package. The reality is that an awful lot of work is involved in the writing and producing of a book, so it was a delight, and something of a relief, to sit back and finally flick through the pages.

Are you curious?
The first thing a friend said when I showed her the picture I was going to use on my website was…’Oh, lovely view! What have you typed on the paper?’
She is obviously of a curious nature.
The reality is that I had actually written something specifically for this photo, but really only for my own amusement. I had always assumed the text would be a bit of a blur and that nobody would be interested. It seems I was wrong as a few people have now asked me.
